 To buy from us, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete contact and payment information.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement or refund.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT, where applicable.
  • We accept payments via shopify payments portal and accept all major debit and credit cards.
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

 

5. Delivery

We deliver across the UK using fast reliable couriers.

Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, bad weather, supplier issues).

 

If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

 6. Returns & Refunds

In summary:

  • You have 14 days from receipt of goods to cancel your order if purchased online or by phone.
  • Returns must be in unused and resalable condition.
  • Pet food, treats, or consumables cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 7. Use of Products

All products are supplied for domestic use only.

You are responsible for:

  • Checking that any food, treats, or toys are suitable for your pet’s breed, size, and dietary needs.
  • Supervising pets when using toys, chews, or accessories.
    We cannot be held liable for injuries or illness resulting from misuse or failure to follow product instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights you have under UK consumer law.
